Proposal & Bid Specialist (F/M/D) FAIRTIQ makes public transport ticketing as simple as possible. With our geo-positioning-based app, thousands of people travel daily in Switzerland and several European countries. Over 140 employees in seven countries continuously develop our solution and rely on modern technologies, strong user experience, and real impact for sustainable mobility. FAIRTIQ is growing and you are missing. Become part of our team as our new: Proposal & Bid Specialist (f/m/d) with work location in Europe (80100%) and fluent German and English skills. What you can expect from us: You ensure that FAIRTIQ impresses in public tenders content, strategically, and visually. You work closely with sales, product, tech, and legal, bringing structure, clarity, and creativity to complex processes. Specifically, this means: You find relevant public tenders and develop smart strategies to win them. You create convincing, customer-focused proposals, documents, and presentations together with interdisciplinary teams. You expand and keep up-to-date our library of offers and templates. You prepare contract documents thoroughly and coordinate contract management in collaboration with account management and legal. You ensure that brand, tone, and compliance are consistent. You keep an eye on market and price trends and bring in new ideas. What you bring with you: Ideally, you have a background in business administration, law, marketing, or similar or comparable experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in proposal, tender, or business development (tech, mobility, or public sector are a plus). You work confidently in German and English; French or Italian is a big advantage. You are structured, solution-oriented, communicative, and feel comfortable at the interface of strategy, content, and coordination. You have experience working with sales, product, and legal teams. You can manage multiple projects in parallel, remain structured, detail-oriented, and keep deadlines in sight. You are comfortable with tools like CRM, proposal, or content management systems. And personally? You are curious, hands-on, resilient, and eager to take responsibility in a dynamic, international environment.
