You will work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruiting process and develop essential skills in sourcing and candidate outreach. Responsibilities: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy. Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates for further consideration. Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels to create a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process. Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program. Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.
