Job Description

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities of this position include a wide range of complex administrative support to the Operations Executive Assistant, VP of Operations, and Senior Management Team. Support the company mission, vision and core values in a proactive, ethical, and serving manner and also keeping the three circles of Therapy Management's Hedgehog concept. Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Scan, distribute, file documentation within the designated time frame to ensure all records are maintained accurately and are current and up-to-date. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of facility and patient information in company software systems. Close coordination and support with the Operations Executive Assistant and VP of Operations to manage meetings, calendars, and priority commitments. Screen incoming calls, in-person inquiries, and correspondence and respond independently when possible. Prepare Meeting Agendas and Presentations as needed Facilitate Monthly tactical meetings between VP of Operations and Regional Directors of Operations. Coordinate, organize and prepare presentation materials and event information for a variety of venues. Prepare electronic or written communications as needed on behalf of the Operations Executive Assistant. Collect and distribute data to Senior Level Managers or others as needed or directed. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through on issues in a timely manner. Work with third party vendors as needed. Perform duties related to the development office and Operations as needed Other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED. 2 + years experience as an administrative assistant. Strong computer proficiency including Office Suite. Accurate typing and data entry skills. Ability to work and solve problems independently. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines within a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented Maintain confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
