Pride Health is hiring a “Phlebotomy – Phlebotomist II” to support our client’s medical facility-based “Lees Summit MO 64063 , This is a 3-4-months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Position Name: Administration - Interviewer, Ins Risk (Call center representative) Location: Lees Summit, MO 64063 Pay rate: $17/hr Duration: 3-4 months with possible extension Shift: 8am-5pm cst 9am-6pm cst Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies. Duties and responsibilities: Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants. Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview. Review and edit information collection during the interview for quality assurance purposes. Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls. log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results. Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company. Respond to the needs and request of clients, staff and management in a professional and expedited manner. Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlines in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements. Education: HS diploma or equivalent The training is 1 week from 9 am – 5:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch) they can begin their hired in schedule when they are released to the phones (they will need to complete and pass a mock call and a first live call before being released to the phones). Shifts available are 8 – 5 and 9 – 6 (central time).
