Our client, a consumer goods organization located in Aurora is looking for an organized, energetic, and professional Bilingual Spanish Receptionist join their team. This role is a key part of creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring our office runs smoothly day to day. To be successful, you should have a warm and professional demeanor, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to handle occasional emergencies calmly and efficiently. This position blends administrative support with customer service and team coordination responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and ensure a positive front-desk experience. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting space. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional, upbeat manner using company-approved language. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with adequate office materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures). Provide accurate information in person, via phone, or by email. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by following access and safety procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges, managing key cards and keys). Order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring options align with team preferences and budget. Oversee general office cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in shared and kitchen areas; coordinate with building management and vendors as needed. Serve as the primary liaison between the building management office and our company suite. Perform additional administrative duties such as coordinating outgoing mail and supporting general office operations as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or Office Coordinator (or similar role). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. Professional, positive, and approachable attitude. Ability to stay proactive and resourceful when challenges arise. Customer-service-oriented mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in Office Management is a plus.
