Key responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS, responding to payroll and benefits inquiries, and assisting with compliance-related documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality. In addition to HR responsibilities, this role oversees general office administration, ensuring organized processes, effective communication, and operational efficiency.
