Account Executive As a fast-growing LGBTQ+ promotional products and lifestyle brand, PridePromo/Queerencia takes its brand mission to heart. Our mission is simple: PridePromo designs, produces, and distributes custom apparel and promotional products. Founded in a family garage in the 1990s, PridePromo has become a trusted provider for organizations seeking high-quality, creative, and inclusive promotional items. We are currently growing our team of Account Executives and are seeking a successful, motivated, passionate, and people-oriented sales professional to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in the promotional product industry and business-to-business sales and will be an ambassador for PridePromo/Queerencia's values. Core Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients for our services and get in front of a decision-maker to pitch our promotional products and services Source new leads, contacts, and network both locally and nationally to increase the reach of the business Manage an existing book of clients in processing their orders, soliciting new orders, and maintaining relationships with each client Provide troubleshooting and customer service to our clients and ensure a 5-star customer service experience in line with the PridePromo values Help create proofs and samples for prospective and existing clients for new promotional items Place orders with PridePromo's vendors to fulfill wholesale orders and follow up on existing orders Communicate with clients about the status of orders and delivery expectations Maintain a working mastery of the PridePromo sales methodology and work to improve performance month over month Achieve and maintain expertise in the promotional products space and effectively consult with clients on how we can meet their needs Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant experience 2+ years experience in account management or business-to-business sales required 2+ years experience in the promotional products industry is strongly preferred An upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality is required due to the focus on engagement in the position Excellent verbal communication and intrapersonal skills MUST fit the PridePromo/Queerencia brand and be a positive ambassador for our message and mission Knowledge of CRM systems (ZohoOne) is strongly preferred Ability to operate responsibly without direct oversight and make independent decisions that fall under company policy and procedures Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Suite preferred Financially motivated and driven to improve What We Offer Highly Competitive Compensation + Lucrative Bonus Opportunity Medical and Dental Insurance Options 401k Retirement Savings Plan With Company Match Unlimited PTO Advancement Opportunity Family & Community Environment A Mission To Believe In About Us At PridePromo, we stand proudly at the intersection of diversity and quality, as a small, LGBTQ+, and Black-owned business.
