Job Title Support customers like a pro. Assist customers with order placement and provide quick, friendly support. Answer questions and ensure every interaction feels effortless and positive. Build meaningful relationships. Connect with restaurants, retailers, producers, home chefs, and other partners. Maintain strong communication and foster long-term trust. Keep operations running smoothly. Manage incoming orders and ensure accuracy. Coordinate inventory and communicate with producers. Support seamless delivery and fulfillment processes. Engage the local community. Help grow awareness and participation in local food efforts. Support community-driven initiatives and relationship building. Requirements: 12 years of customer service, sales support, or client-facing experience. Strong communication skills written, verbal, and phone. Comfort with technology (Google Workspace, CRM systems, email tools, basic spreadsheets). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment. Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail. Experience with logistics, inventory, or order coordination is a plus. Comfort interacting with a wide range of customers, from individuals to business partners. Ability to work independently and follow through without constant direction. A positive, community-focused mindset. Interest or basic knowledge of food, local agriculture, or seasonal products. Appreciation for sustainability, local sourcing, and supporting small producers.
