Restaurant Manager (Pahrump, NV): Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of servers, hosts, bussers, and food runners during all shifts; Train and mentor front-of-house employees on customer service standards, health and safety procedures, and use of POS systems; Monitor dining area to ensure prompt & courteous service, resolve customer issues or complaints, & implement service recovery protocols; Manage shift handovers, assign side duties, and verify closing procedures are properly completed; Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery; Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure staff readiness for daily operations, including promotional awareness and cleanliness; Maintain daily reports of customer feedback, service incidents, and employee performance; and, Assist with hiring and performance evaluations of front-of-house staff, and enforce company policies. 40hrs/wk, Offered wage: $48,131/yr, High School/GED diploma and 24 months of experience as Restaurant Manager or related required.
