Qualifications PREFERENCES: Preference may be given to individuals who can perform algebraic calculations. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of materials testing. Knowledge of surveying methods and equipment operations. Knowledge of construction inspection, which includes interpretation of plans and specifications. Skill in the use of computers. Strong math skills are required.
