About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) initially, with the potential for growth over time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interaction, takes pride in high-quality studies, and prefers a predictable, low-stress outpatient setting over hospital chaos. You’ll primarily perform venous duplex and reflux studies and assist with ultrasound-guided vein procedures in a professional, well-organized clinic environment. What You’ll Do Perform venous reflux studies, venous mapping, and limited arterial exams as ordered Prepare and educate patients in a clear, reassuring way Accurately document and record findings for physician interpretation Assist with ultrasound-guided vein procedures Maintain ultrasound equipment and a clean, organized exam room Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow What We’re Looking For RVT or RVS certification required 1+ year of ultrasound experience (venous experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of venous anatomy and reflux protocols Excellent patient communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable in an outpatient clinical setting EMR experience preferred Schedule & Compensation Part-time: 2 days per week (daytime hours) No nights, weekends, or on-call Competitive pay based on experience and certification Opportunity for additional days as the practice grows Why Techs Enjoy Working Here Calm, outpatient environment Consistent schedule and patient flow Modern equipment and procedures No hospital chaos or overnight shifts A team that truly values collaboration and patient care
