Administrative Coordinator The Administrative Coordinator will support all Human Resource functions with a heavy emphasis on hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. This position reports to the HR Manager. Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments. Support of all Human Resource functions with a heavy emphasis on hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Partner with the DC Manager to help coordinate and continue to improve safety awareness, hiring, employee relations, training, and retention. Administer worker's compensation and unemployment claims. Administer payroll punches and bonus programs. Administer DC specific policies and procedures to help streamline processes and accountability. Assist with conducting internal investigations, including but not limited to harassment and theft. Coordinate benefits. Maintain personnel files by scanning and filing appropriate documentation. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral, while interacting with all levels of management at the DC and Store Support Center. Strong Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher. Prior Human Resource or Recruiting Experience. Knowledge of state/federal employment labor laws and regulations Must be effective in a team environment. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.95 per hour, with exact compensation determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
