The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing media buying strategies across various channels to drive acquisition and brand awareness in both existing and new markets. This role involves leading, managing, and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring that all activities comply with industry regulations and gambling laws related to crypto-based betting. The Head of Media Buying will also be expected to stay current on industry trends, particularly in the crypto and gambling sectors, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targeting, messaging, and goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in media buying or digital/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of the crypto, gambling, and iGaming industries is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in regulated markets. The role requires proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns across various paid channels, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with relevant marketing tools.
