River Link Hotels is seeking a full time hard-working, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk / Office Manager. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and corporate administrative functions across our portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high degree of organization, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure, and provide dependable support to ownership and management teams. Open, sort and organize mail Maintain and organize office files and records Process payroll  QuickBooks data entry for multiple entities Pay invoices in a timely manner and maintain accurate payment records Support general office operations and daily administrative duties Assist with Administrative needs for ownership and corporate leadership Minimum of 1 year administrative or accounts payable experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
