Job Title: Business Support Manager - DocuSign Administrator Location: Johnston, RI Duration: 9-month contract Pay Rate: $39.47/hr W2 Job Summary: We are hiring a Business Support Manager to serve as a DocuSign Administrator as part of a newly formed DocuSign Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will configure, govern, and scale DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions across the commercial bank, supporting internal users and driving document digitization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Administer DocuSign eSignature & CLM (users, permissions, templates, workflows, reporting). Build and maintain standardized, data-driven templates and reusable components. Partner with architects and business SMEs to design and digitize end-to-end document workflows. Lead requirements gathering, UAT, release management, and production deployments. Support governance, compliance, security, and audit requirements. Create job aids, deliver training, and support change management for internal users. Contribute to CoE standards, best practices, and platform health monitoring. Required Skills: Hands-on experience administering DocuSign (eSignature and/or CLM) or ability to upskill quickly. Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail. Technically savvy with ability to explain tools and workflows clearly to business users. Experience working in Agile environments and formal change management processes. Nice to Have: Experience with SharePoint, Jira workflows, Salesforce administration, SSO/identity tools, or regulated environments.
