Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes. Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives. Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects. Review and approve financial statements and investor reports. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes. Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and controls.
