Job Description

Content Manager As a Content Manager within Marketing Operations at Capital Group, you'll lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality marketing materials that support our institutional and wealth management businesses. This includes quarterly updates and custom content across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset products. While you'll understand the fundamentals of content creation, your primary focus will be mentoring, coaching, and developing your team to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact, while also stepping in to execute custom work when needed. You are the person Capital Group is looking for. You have 10+ years in financial services marketing, with expertise in institutional and wealth management audiences. You have demonstrated an ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams; foster growth and engagement while driving results. Your expertise showcases your command of marketing channels, techniques and analytics which will take our ideas into the marketplace. You are comfortable overseeing the production and maintenance of quarterly and custom marketing materials across multiple asset classes. You can translate complex ideas into compelling, sophisticated, and informative pieces You have the leadership capabilities necessary to lead a team who will build content that helps bring forward business problems and positioning CG as a having valuable points of view / solution to help solve the challenges You are comfortable supporting strategic initiatives, including content development for new product launches, while maintaining focus on core content operations. You possess a strong understanding of content creation and maintenance processes; ability to guide quality and consistency rather than personally writing all content. You are skilled at prioritization and problem-solving to manage competing demands and deliver under tight timelines. You have a Series 7 and 24 (or willingness to obtain within 6-months of taking the role). Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
