We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key position supports our daily office operations and is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact: answer and direct incoming calls, and welcome walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude Process and code invoices and payments Submit credit card transactions, petty cash, and check payments to the main office Maintain and improve the office filing system Provide support at the service department and parts counter when needed Work with walk-in customers Support sales reps as needed Prepare, monitor, and close job orders accurately Assist the Parts Manager with ordering parts, inventory control, and restocking Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills High energy and positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Knowledge of standard office equipment Bilingual (preferred) Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to sit for extended periods Frequent reaching to answer phones Reading and working with documents on a computer Verbal communication via phone and in person Occasional bending, lifting, and walking, including on uneven surfaces Must be able to hear and respond to communication via phone, radio, and in-person interactions Ability to remain standing for various job functions Accommodations: Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
