Responsible for directly interacting with assigned customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and email communication. Supports order processing, customer records, consignment or service shipment paperwork, and escalates complex issues as needed. Maintains professional communication and ensures quality and productivity expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Order Processing Responding to customer inquiries Resolving customer issues Processing case orders and transactions Providing product information Handling customer complaints Maintaining customer records Processing consignment or service shipment paperwork Escalating complex issues Quality, Accuracy & Productivity Superior math skills and the ability to understand measurements and blueprint drawings Attention to detail Maintain quality standards / perform mandatory quality checks Meet daily productivity requirements High level of accuracy Teamwork & Work Habits Work well in a team environment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with others Good attendance Other duties as assigned Accountability Safety Quality Productivity High level of accuracy Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required Experience 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training preferred but not required Knowledge of appropriate software; ability to enter data efficiently and accurately (Microsoft programs) Good communication skills with supervisors, management, and production employees PPE Requirements Gloves when required Safety glasses when required Ear plugs when required Steel-toed shoes/boots when required Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Primarily office environment Able to work at an acceptable pace to meet productivity goals Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods Ability to go to plant floor multiple times per day to collect and distribute information Extended hours and overtime as required Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
