What You'll Bring to the Team: Answer phones and warmly greet clients with a friendly and inviting demeanor. Match clients with the most suitable tax professional according to their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain a clean and organized office environment in collaboration with team members. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Your Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced work environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office. Bonus Qualities: High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work varied schedules and/or across multiple locations. Background in sales or marketing. Compensation: The pay for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, in accordance with local minimum wage laws. Pay decisions will depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location.
