Great People Deserve Great Benefits! 401(k) + 401(k) Matching Dental, Health, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off + Additional Personal Day Biweekly pay 8 Paid Holidays Paid sick time after 6 months Shift Differentials Career advancement opportunities and recognition programs What You'll Do Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times Work overtime and weekends as required What You Bring High school diploma or GED strongly preferred Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed) Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills We do not offer sponsorship All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
