Description Position Summary Responsible for the recruitment of the company's open requisitions and providing an excellent candidate experience. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders, hiring managers, external vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders. In addition to full-cycle recruitment, the role will also support the company's employer branding through social media and various networking events. The Recruiter II will report to the Director of Talent and will be hybrid based in RTP, NC. Job Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment of approved requisitions in compliance with company's defined Talent Acquisition Process Support hiring for multiple business segments at Client including but not limited to RandD, Manufacturing, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Program Management and Corporate Services Ensure that job descriptions are an accurate reflection of position responsibilities and requirements; escalate any concerns. Lead position intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers, advising on process and next steps for candidates Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining open communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes Collaborate with HR partners, providing regular updates on hiring progress and supporting overall department goals and objectives Perform to defined recruiting metrics with a sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to excellence Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to ensure we are hiring individuals aligned with the position requirements, our company values and culture Prepare offer proposals, extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates Build a network of prospective candidates for recurring scientific roles using direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), marketing campaigns, networking, and referrals Encourage employees to be talent magnets and participate in the Employee Referral Program Partner with the company's preferred external recruitment agencies (retained and contingency) as needed to fill key roles Maintain relationships with relevant professional associations, community organizations, and universities to support company's employer branding efforts Support client's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEandI) Strategy by incorporating these concepts and the philosophy within the recruitment lifecycle Represent client at selected recruiting and community events, driving employer brand recognition Advocate, educate and influence key business stakeholders, hiring managers and interviewers to embrace client's recruitment strategies, philosophy, systems, and processes Learn client's mission, vision, values, and the science to serve as a brand ambassador with a strong social media presence (LinkedIn) Support other initiatives and projects on the Talent team as needed Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and 3 years' recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 7 years' recruiting experience Experience recruiting in the life sciences field Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and prioritize multiple job requisitions simultaneously Proficient sourcing abilities on Linkedin Recruiter Experience representing companies at professional association, university and community events Excellent verbal and written communication skills Growth mindset and an enthusiasm for learning Passion for identifying, engaging, and assessing talent High level of professionalism and confidentiality Basic knowledge of laws and regulations that impact hiring and employment Preferred Education, Experience and Skills Biotech recruiting experience Experience with Workday ATS Professional HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM or related) Experience recruiting in both an agency and corporate environment International recruiting experience, preferably in European countries About us: DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
