Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain administrator's schedules. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve school documents, records, and reports. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Make travel arrangements for administrators. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Attend meetings to record minutes. Supervise and train other clerical staff. Serve as a role model to all students. Serve as a positive member of the community in a way that does not negatively affect the District's reputation or image in the community. Refrain from engaging in conduct that interferes with the operations of the District, including the education of students. Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with other staff and administration. Adhere to all District policies, rules, regulations, and supervisory directives Compensation & Schedule: $18.50-$20.00 Competitive pay based on experience 12 Month Position
