We're seeking a personable, professional, and service-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team and help us bring this mission to life. Why This Role Matters As the face of VCA, the Call Center Agent plays a key role in creating a positive experience for every client. You will help build trust and confidence in our hospital while supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact: greet visitors, answer calls, and guide clients and pets to exam rooms. Support the front office team as needed. Schedule and confirm appointments. Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients. Present and explain fees, including processing payments. Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions. Educate clients on general animal care and non-medical pet topics (e.g., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control). Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence. Assist with hospital maintenance, including keeping the facility clean and safe inside and outside. Why Join VCA West Los Angeles?
