Human Resources Generalist - Temporary Position Are you an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? In this role you will serve as the primary HR resource for Elizabeth Scott--supporting leaders, guiding employees, and helping cultivate a workplace rooted in respect, collaboration, and accountability. You will play a viral role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment through retention while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and employees. Foster strong working relationships that build morale, engagement, and retention. Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and workplace concerns. Attend and support disciplinary meetings, investigations, and employee discussions. Recruit, interview, and hire top talent in partnership with department leaders. Coordinate background checks and employment verifications. Deliver new hire orientation and support employee recognition initiatives. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion. Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions. Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and training. Assist with benefits administration and employee status changes. Maintain accurate employee records, job data, and organizational information. What Makes You Successful in This Role?
