Description - Your Responsibilities Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests, including chemistry, immunology, and hematology, following established guidelines. Carefully analyze test results for reliability, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for examination as required. Document all lab activities comprehensively, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining the quality standards of the laboratory. Ensure a safe and clean working area, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent health-related degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT obtained within the first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
