What You’ll Do as a Business Development Manager In this role, you’ll be a connector — a relationship-builder who helps companies solve real hiring challenges. You will: Break into new accounts and grow existing relationships Sell staffing & executive search services to accounting & finance leaders Meet with hiring managers to learn about their teams, challenges, and needs Work closely with Recruiters who fill the positions you bring in Manage accounts long-term and provide exceptional service Learn a ton about different industries, business models, and people This is a role where curiosity, drive, energy, and people skills matter far more than your past job title.
