What You’ll Do Use online databases, social media, and public records to locate individuals Organize and track information using Excel and SharePoint Process mailed correspondence during shutdowns (sorting, boxing, tracking shipments) Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards throughout all research activities What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a secure environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience in skip tracing, investigations, or collections is a plus Knowledge of privacy, compliance, or legal research standards is a plus Why This Role?
