Prepare and interpret management reports for better decision-making. Identify and implement operational improvements. Estimate food and beverage supply needs and conduct supplier orders. Inspect quality of deliveries and ensure proper storage. Organize maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities. Qualifications: Preferred tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field. Previous experience in food and beverage management. Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation. Proven track record in staff management and development. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial data analysis. Experience with inventory management and cost control strategies.
