Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Construction) Location: Lambertville, NJ (Corporate Office Setting) Schedule: Part-Time (1624 hours per week, Flexible) Compensation: $21$26/hour Position Overview: A premier general contractor is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support a high-profile project team. This role is based in a corporate office setting in Lambertville, NJ, and does not require field travel. We are looking for a dependable, professional who is accustomed to the fast-paced nature of the construction industry. The ideal candidate understands construction terminology and can provide seamless administrative support to project managers and engineering staff. Key Responsibilities Project Administration Support engineering teams with the processing of submittals, RFIs, filings, and change orders. Manage routine project documentation, including incident reports and project status forms. Upload and maintain organized digital filing systems using SharePoint. Financial & Logistics Support Process electronic timecards and coordinate the mailing of physical checks. Assist with basic cost tracking and the processing of code numbers for project expenses. Handle the processing of bills, material orders, and delivery coordination. Team Coordination Assist with daily office operations, including scanning, copying, and coordinating team logistics. Qualifications Industry Experience: Prior administrative experience within the construction or engineering industry is required. Terminology: Must be familiar with basic construction terminology and comfortable working alongside construction and field management personnel. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with cloud-based filing systems (SharePoint).
