Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E/M Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience to support warranty repairs, retrofits, and field service operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and service equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Complete warranty and retrofit work in accordance with company standards Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems in the field ccurately document service activities, parts usage, and repair reports Communicate effectively with customers, technical support, and internal teams Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Preferred Qualifications Experience with automotive, bus, fleet, transit, or heavy equipment systems Background in electrical systems, controls, or high-voltage systems a plus Technical certifications or formal training (ASE, trade school, military, etc.) also a plus Schedule & Work Environment Standard schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional evening hours may be required Flexibility in scheduling is strongly preferred Field-based role with travel to customer sites Required to lift, move, and carry up to 25 pounds bility to stand 8-10 hours per day Good hand/eye coordination & ability to identify color variations and close/distance visual items use of your own tools, laptop and smart phone Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
