Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Responsible for billing related to guest programs such as Probation, Parole, Drug Court, VLS, etc. Work with Case Managers weekly to determine which fees are due. Work with Probation/VLS officers for dates available for billing. Oversee reporting related to this billing. Database Management & Reporting: Ensure information is adequate for grant requests, grant compliance, and reporting to agencies. Donor Care: Donor database: enter donor information into database. Includes account set-up and maintenance of information changes, listing donors on appropriate lists for ensuing correspondence, assisting with database maintenance. Prepare and mail monthly tax receipts. Donor care: track and prepare appropriate thank-you notes and correspondence for donations, memorial gifts, gifts in kind, and any other correspondence as directed. Misc.: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in every area of responsibility. Maintain an efficient and orderly office, with weekly cleaning. Other duties as assigned.
