As we expand our digital footprint, were looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategy and ensure a seamless, engaging shopping experience for our customers. What Youll Do Oversee and optimize the Birth of Royal Child online store and marketplace presence. Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising. Analyze performance data to strengthen conversions, sales, and customer retention. Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to support launches and campaigns. Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements across all digital platforms. Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and service providers. What Were Looking For at least 5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital retail. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar. Understanding of digital marketing, UX, and customer-journey best practices.
