Maintain CSI standards and ensure timely, quality repairs ? Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Warranty departments to maximize internal efficiency ? Forecast staffing needs and service volume to support store growth ? Champion a winning service culture focused on excellence, speed, and transparency Requirements ? What You"ll Need: ?ââï¸3+ years experience in fixed ops or service management (automotive preferred) ? Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills ? Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease ? Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repairs ? Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus) ? Working knowledge of RO metrics, profitability, and technician productivity ? Valid driver"s license & clean driving record ? Ability to manage workflow, customer concerns, and vendor relationships ?
