Job Description

Manager, Operations Documents & Resources This position is responsible for resource development and management supporting celebrations and off-cycle updates that impact the brand. They will be responsible for ongoing optimization and connectivity of daily tools for all cafe formats. As well as the updating of standards in existing and new resources that evolve from the greater Ops Standards Team and the field. This role will partner with Culinary/Food Ops Teams during development phases of new menu items and related production processes. The position is located at our Newton, MA offices. Three days per week in the office is required. Key Responsibilities: Resource development and management supporting campaigns and off-cycle updates. Ongoing optimization and connectivity of daily tools for all cafe formats. Updating standards in existing and new resources from the Ops Standards Team and the field. Partnering with Culinary/Food Ops Teams during the development of new menu items and related production processes Resource development and/or editing of existing resources to support new or changed products or processes for campaign and off-cycle launches Coordination with various Panera departments to gather and provide feedback Attending and providing feedback at validation sessions at the Innovation Center Producing materials and adhering to Celebration Team deadlines for drafts, draft reviews, sign-off calls, and final document delivery Planning, communicating, and coordinating printing with internal Panera teams and external print partners to support campaign and off-cycle printed material needs Maintaining an accurate Learning Tools List of all available printed resources in cafes Maintaining the print vendor "new cafe opening packet" printed document list Implementing document updates from the Ops Standards Team and the field to ensure accurate documentation is available to cafes post-implementation Maintaining the team's document master folders to ensure they are routinely updated with the most current and available files Project management within the assigned scope Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in restaurant operations environment needed, Panera operations optimal. Detail-orientated and curious, able to quickly evaluate inter-dependencies between projects and programs, and use analytics and creative problem-solving skills to identify a clear pathway to best solutions. Ability to multitask, prioritize and balance varying workloads to ensure delivery of high-quality results. Elevated performance in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with demonstrated ability to complete projects on time based on scope, people/resources, and business value. Outstanding communication and cross-departmental team building skills with the ability to effectively persuade through oral and written means. Preferred: Experience in project management or project planning. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong skills are preferred. Experience with InDesign preferred. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time depending on project needs. Competitive Pay $76,078 to $106,509 annually. The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and geographical location.
