We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg and Emergency Room team. This is a full-time position, working three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays. As a key member of our patient care team, you'll care for a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with Providers and staff from multiple departments. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll be responsible for coordinating care across services while upholding the nursing standards we're proud of. Responsibilities: - Utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation techniques to provide comprehensive and competent patient care - Effectively interact with patients, family members, and staff - Coordinate interdepartmental patient care activities - Maintain nursing standards and adhere to hospital policies and procedures - Must be able to work in an Emergency Room Setting Education and/or Experience: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred Certificates, Licensure, Registrations: - Current Nebraska RN license - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 12 months of hire - TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) within 6 months of hire We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
