Join Marvin as a Finance Manager for Product Innovation, where your expertise in financial analytics, forecasting, and strategic insights will drive our business strategy. This role is essential in supporting our financial analysis needs, utilizing industry best practices for analytics, measurement, reporting, and insights. In this collaborative position, you will partner with leaders in product development and product management to implement analytics that measure the impact of activities and investments, influencing strategic thinking among key stakeholders across the organization. This position is located in Warroad, MN. Highlights of Your Role: Develop clear, actionable financial insights to drive awareness of business and financial results. Create processes for offering business analytics to enhance visibility into results and the financial impact of investments, particularly in product development. Engage with functional leaders proactively to provide financial perspective on business challenges and needs. Deliver executive-facing insights, analytics, and presentations to illuminate financial performance and guide business decisions. Align analytics with enterprise goals and ensure leaders have the tools needed for informed financial decisions. Collaborate with various business partners to generate effective analytics, incorporating diverse viewpoints and business impacts. Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies for initiatives and inform future strategic plans. Lead a team of finance professionals, delivering high-quality financial support and analysis. Able to travel up to 10% to other company sites. Perform additional duties as assigned. You’re a Good Fit If You Have: The ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all levels of an organization. Expertise in developing analytical plans for diverse business programs and projects. An executive presence complemented by strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills, reflecting both creativity and technical knowledge. Confidence with a robust point of view while also supporting and understanding other perspectives, building trusting and collaborative partnerships. A talent for transforming complex financial analytics into insights beneficial for various audiences. Solid organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to contributing to a positive workplace culture and upholding Marvin's values. Also Required: 5+ years of experience leading financial analytics processes and execution. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and mentorship. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field. Experience in customer-facing roles within a Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and v-lookups, as well as knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
