Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead shifts effectively. You will take ownership of responsibilities, resolve issues, and offer guidance to your team. Guide team members in completing their Shift Excellence tasks. Uphold a neat and clean appearance and ensure team members wear their uniforms properly. Prioritize customer needs to ensure a top-notch experience. Maintain food safety and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints quickly and positively, fostering good relationships. Greet customers with a smile while being polite and welcoming. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in all tasks. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with management and fellow employees. Support your peers and contribute positively to the team atmosphere. Maintain an enthusiastic attitude among coworkers. Attendance: Understand your work schedule and arrive on time, ready to work in uniform. Use an approved timekeeping system to accurately record your hours. Initiative and Energy: Take proactive steps without being prompted and maintain a high activity level. Team Development: Provide feedback to the RGM on team members’ performance. Offer constructive and positive feedback consistently. Play an active role in training new team members. Help resolve conflicts constructively in collaboration with the RGM. Owner-Like Responsibilities: Support profit and loss management by adhering to cash control and security protocols. Oversee product quality, preparation, and safety standards. Assist the RGM with maintaining facility standards and adhering to health regulations. Perform additional duties as required by management. Job Requirements: Preference for candidates promoted from an Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Pass background checks and drug testing. Have reliable transportation. Ability to perform basic mathematics. Capable of stocking shelves and coolers. Able to manage subordinate employees effectively. Physically able to sweep, mop, and lift up to 50 lbs.; perform these tasks for 90% of the scheduled shift. Willingness to maintain cleanliness in parking areas and restaurant surroundings.
