Join Planate Management Group (PMG), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida. With a strong presence in Southeast Asia and East Africa, we specialize in program management and facilities engineering services worldwide, particularly supporting the US Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal agencies. We are looking for a RCDD-certified IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the VA Milwaukee Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrade project. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, adherence to schedule, and compliance throughout this significant multi-year initiative. The position will require you to work onsite at the VA Milwaukee facility, where you will provide daily progress updates and inspection reports, while closely collaborating with the Electrical Engineer and project team. This position is contingent upon the award of the contract, with proposal submissions due on January 15, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage construction related to EHRM telecommunications and data communications infrastructure. Specifically focus on Telecommunication Rooms, fiber optic systems, and network infrastructure. Collaborate closely with the assigned Electrical Engineer on project implementation. Effectively interpret and apply contract documents and construction drawings. Maintain comprehensive daily progress and inspection reports. Lead inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure effective project oversight. Qualifications for Success: Active RCDD certification (required). Minimum of six years of experience in telecommunications and data communications infrastructure design and/or construction. Experience supporting healthcare facilities and IT projects. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in relevant computer and software applications. Strong ability to understand and comply with contract document requirements. Why Choose Planate?
