As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, you’ll be an essential part of our team, engaging with customers and helping them find what they need. Responsibilities: Deliver friendly and professional customer service to assist with questions. Retrieve and load merchandise into customer vehicles. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure stock availability. Safely assist customers and staff in moving merchandise. This role requires frequent lifting and movement of merchandise, making safety a critical component of the position. Schedule and Availability: Available for up to 25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling from morning to evening on any day of the week. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, and perform other tasks required throughout your shift. Must be able to lift 25 pounds independently; can lift more with assistance. Qualifications for Success: Minimum Qualifications: 6 months of computer experience including data entry and information retrieval. 6 months of experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets. Ability to obtain any required sales-related licensure. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of retail experience. 6 months of experience as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware store. 6 months of experience working in any department at a Lowe's store. 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including stocking and maintaining product displays. 6 months of experience in loading and unloading products from vehicles.
