Become a crucial part of our team as a Restaurant Assistant Leader! As the right-hand partner to the General Manager, you will help steer the restaurant towards daily success through effective leadership and engaging teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist the GM in managing daily restaurant operations. Provide guidance and motivation to team members to achieve their performance goals. Participate in the hiring, training, and scheduling of new staff. Oversee inventory management and assist with supply ordering. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, sanitation, brand policies, and company guidelines. Supervise team members and assign tasks for each shift. Maintain high quality service, speed, and food standards. Open or close the restaurant according to the schedule. Manage cash deposits and handle essential shift paperwork. Resolve minor operational issues and escalate major concerns when necessary. Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Prior experience in the restaurant industry or in a supervisory role is preferred. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential. Be reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure. Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
