Pump Installation Assistant - Afton, WY (Star Valley Area) American Pump & Drilling (APD) is a steady-growing, family-oriented business specializing in delivering water solutions across Idaho and Wyoming. This position is based out of our Afton, WY location, serving the greater Star Valley area. What You'll Do: Assist Pump Technicians with installation and service projects Load and unload trucks and equipment Safely lift and move 50+ lbs throughout the day Cross-train into other duties to support the team Follow safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For: Mechanical ability and willingness to learn, grow and advance Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Able to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines CDL preferred (not required) MSHA certifications a plus What We Offer (after 90 days): Paid Time Off 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Voluntary AFLAC, Vision, Dental PPE Allowance Annual Bonus Opportunities Workload typically ranges 40-60 hours per week, depending on season and projects.
