Required Education High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field Required SkillsCall center experience preferred Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm Ability to sit for extended periods of time Available Schedules Full Time - 40 hours per week Work Arrangement Please note: This position is an in-office only position.
