H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. Life Insurance. 401K Retirement Plan with Employer Contributions. Paid Vacation & Sick Days. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, machinery, and mechanical equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, oil changes, and tune-ups. Troubleshoot issues with engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and brakes. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Order and install replacement parts as needed. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards. Keep tools, shop area, and equipment clean and organized. Support field crews by repairing equipment used for water and wastewater operations. The Skills We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred). Valid driver's license required. Proven experience as a mechanic (automotive, diesel or heavy equipment). Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various conditions. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Strong problem solving and time management skills. Ability to use diagnostic equipment and a wide range of tools.
