Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Worker Location: Delano, MN Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift and 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (1st) or 2:30pm-1am (2nd) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a well established manufacturer of sunshades, louvers, and decorative grilles in Delano, MN. In this role, you'll support the daily production process by preparing materials, maintaining machines, and helping ensure high-quality output. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a reliable, supportive team, this could be a great match. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Worker: Position and prepare parts or materials for processing Care for machines, add coolant, and lubricate machine parts Remove foreign material from items on conveyor belts Report labor transactions and job information accuratel Help control material, labor, and overhead cost Work efficiently with teammates to minimize waste Meet quality expectations while staying on production schedule Assist other production workers as needed What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role: Must have at least 6 months machine operating experience within the last 3 years Must be comfortable working around moving machinery, lubricating parts, filling machines, and light machine care Must have knowledge of 5S Lean practices Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally (with or without accommodation) AMust be able to sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed Must have practical problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively Must be able to keep work area clean and organized Must have consistent and reliable attendance Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp to hire opportunities that support long-term career growth.
