Job Title: Customer Support RepresentativeJob DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring timely processing of jobs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.Responsibilities Prepare and send quotes for repair orders daily. Process repair station orders upon customer approval of quotes. Manage and follow up on exchange order quotes. Resolve issues preventing orders from being processed or released. Communicate effectively with customers to build confidence and maintain satisfaction. Coordinate with Engineers, PSE, and Quality teams on investigative and warranty returns. Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes. Interact professionally with all levels of the organization. Train Level 2 Customer Service Specialists as needed. Handle approximately 40 requests per day, including follow-ups. Follow up on lack of customer response. Essential Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred. Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in customer support and order processing. Experience with Oracle systems. Experience at Level 2 customer service. Work EnvironmentThis position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role requires interaction with various departments, including Engineers, PSE, and Quality teams, in a professional setting.
