Responsible for administering employee benefits programs to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of health, retirement, and wellness offerings. Provides support for enrollment processes, vendor coordination, and employee communications to enhance the overall benefits experience. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations while maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness. Coordinates with HR, payroll, and external providers to deliver efficient, cost-effective benefits solutions that meet employee needs and organizational objectives. Essential Functions: Administers employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and wellness programs. Processes benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately within HR and payroll systems. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA. Coordinates with benefit vendors and brokers to manage plan administration, escalations, and service delivery. Assists with annual open enrollment, including communication, system testing, and employee support. Audits benefits data and prepares reports to ensure accuracy, cost tracking, and compliance readiness. Develops and maintains benefits documentation, communications, and training materials. Collaborates with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions and reporting. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related HR support role An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
