Days off will be Friday & Saturday. Wash and clean the exterior and interior of trucks using pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning agents Inspect trucks for damages and report any issues to management Maintain wash bay area and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Follow all safety procedures and guidelines All other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor Compensation:$22.29 per hour + $1.00 shift differential + Annual ROA BonusROA BonusROA Bonus percentage is variable, determinate upon company performance each year, up to 33% of annual salary. (Current average at C.H.I. is 33%)Profit-Sharing10% of Nucors pre-tax earnings are contributed to the Profit Sharing Plan annually and distributed to all eligible teammates. A large portion is deposited into your profit-sharing account, and a smaller portion is distributed in cash. Current 6-year average = 19.88% of your eligible earnings.
