What You'll Do Diagnostic Testing & Analysis Perform complex diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced laboratory techniques. Instrument Operation & Maintenance Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure precise and timely results. Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration Analyze test results and work closely with healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses and effective patient care. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through routine quality control and internal audits. Team Mentorship & Support Offer leadership and mentorship to lab technicians while fostering a safe, supportive, and educational environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification: ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
