Do you have experience in payroll and AP/ AR? Are you an experienced Office Manager? We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager opportunity at a small parts supplier company. This job will either be a temp to perm or direct hire opportunity based on experience. This role may sit at our customers Wilson or Sharpsburg location. Based on which location you will sit at will determine the shift time, either Mon-Thur 6:30am- 5pm or Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This opportunity will be in a small parts supplier office environment with a small warehouse in the back. salary: $22 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Collaborate with purchasing, operations, sales, and warehouse teams Record and reconcile daily deposits in the accounting system Accurately enter and process vendor invoices Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents Issuing credits to customers Ensure internal team has the financial clarity they need to keep production moving Supports everything from supplier relationships to month-end reporting, process accounts payable, payroll, general accounting and administrative support, vendor invoices, accounting systems: SAGE and/ or Epicore software and ability to juggle multiple priorities Skills Microsoft Office (5 years of experience is required) Office Management (2 years of experience is required) Written Communication (5 years of experience is required) Payroll (3 years of experience is required) Oversee accounting functions (1 year of experience is required) Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required) Financial Statements (1 year of experience is required) SAGE (1 year of experience is preferred) Epicor (1 year of experience is preferred) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Manager Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
